Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. An order is considered "dispatched" once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is officially in transit to your address.

Delivery times refer to the duration of transit after your package has left our facility. Timing depends largely on your location:

Accuracy & Order Changes
You are responsible for ensuring your shipping details are 100% accurate at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect addresses can lead to delays or cancellations.
- Address Issues: If our system detects an address error, we will email you within 3 business days to verify. If we do not hear back within 3 business days, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
- Fixing an Error: If you notice a mistake, please email us at support@shapevogue.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to catch it, we cannot guarantee changes after this 24-hour window.
Delayed Delivery
We strive to get your ShapeVogue gear to you as fast as possible. However, external factors like severe weather, courier disruptions, or transportation issues can occasionally cause delays.
While ShapeVogue.com is not liable for delays caused by external factors, we are committed to keeping you informed. We will notify you immediately if we encounter issues such as product availability or payment processing delays.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is handed over to our courier partners, it is technically out of our direct control. However, we are here to help:
- If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us at support@shapevogue.com.
- We recommend reaching out to the courier directly to file a claim.
- While ShapeVogue.com is not responsible for lost/stolen packages and these fall outside our standard refund policy, we will assist in the investigation. In specific cases, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
